Walter Dennis Shayan or Dennis Shayan
Walter Dennis Shayan ..,Stage name (Dennis Shayan) was originally born in Victoria , BC. His Father, Mal Shayan, was in the Merchant navy at that time. They then moved to Seattle, then Regina, and ended up in Winnipeg where Dennis grew up and went to school. Dennis' family was very poor at the time and Dennis grew up with the street knowledge of poverty. At an early age, Dennis's Dad encouraged him to play music and got his first acoustic guitar when he was 14. His dad was hired by Frank Weiner to operate the Peter Stone Booking Agency where Dennis met many new friends. By 16 he picked up and decided to make Bass his main Instrument, as he was already playing in local bands in the St. James area. Dennis is what as known in the industry as a "Natural" when it comes to music. His last band in Winnipeg that he was with was known as RAPP, a Chicago tribute Band. MORE about Dennis>>>>
I would like to send out a Grateful Thanks to Stephen Wu from "Opportunities For The Disabled" as well as my OT Nai Houang from Jim Pattison Outpatient and Surgery Center. They collaborated and got me this 3 wheeler electric scooter so I may have some bit of mobility,They are currently still looking for a 4 wheel scooter so I can do my shopping and things.I love you guys !

Common Terms for Dennis's Diagnosis
In common terms for the every day person.the whole half front of Dennis's heart has ceased to function. The only part that is working is the back of the heart. And it is only operating at 18%.
Dennis has a severe blockage of the left main artery which supplies blood to the lungs then the kidneys then the liver.Making it very hard fr Dennis to breathe at times, and any physical exertion brings shortness of breath.
the heart is leaking more than normal from it's containment.Dennis has trouble breathing at times and is also on a fluid restriction of only 1800 ml's per day.As Dennis has water build up of the abdomen and his weight fluctuates drastically from day to day.Coupled with anxiety and severe hypertension does not help matters very much in Dennis's heart condition . Dennis is on a strict regime of heart medications and blood pressure and water pills to help him through all of this suffering. The only real fix is a heart transplant and Dennis's risk of a lethal arrythmia is very high,So Dennis has decided not to undergo with this long and drawn out operation and also side effects which may occur...... if not death on the operating Table.
